I work with people who feel caught in patterns that keep repeating, leave them stuck, or are difficult to understand.

I'm Mariano García, a licensed psychologist, and I work online with adults and adolescents. In my practice, I work with people experiencing anxiety, feeling stuck, persistent doubts, relationship difficulties, or recurring situations they don't fully understand.

My way of working begins with listening and respects the pace each process requires. It is about offering a space where what keeps repeating, causes concern, or doesn't quite fit can begin to be put into words differently.

I understand therapy as a space where you can speak freely about what worries you, keeps repeating, or doesn't quite fit. Sometimes a person arrives with a clear reason for seeking help; other times, with a vague sense of unease, feeling stuck, or confusion. In both cases, the work involves gradually putting words to what keeps returning.

The aim is not to fit your experience into a ready-made explanation, but to create a space to think about what is happening to you. Sometimes that brings relief; at other times, it makes it possible to see differently something that has been repeating for a long time.

Throughout my career, I have trained and worked in different clinical settings. I have worked in public mental health services in the UK, as well as in private practice, both in person and online. This path has allowed me to develop a practice centered on listening, the singularity of each case, and respect for the pace of each process.

I usually work with people who…

  • They find themselves repeating situations that cause them distress.
  • They live with constant doubts or difficulty in deciding.
  • They think a lot, but they can't seem to break out of certain loops.
  • They experience recurring difficulties in relationships, family, or work.
  • They experience anxiety, feel stuck, or have a sense that they don't fully understand what is happening to them.
